When Did Apes Domesticate Dogs?
This is a clip from some kind of nature show, apparently. Anyone know which one, and if there is a backstory to it?
And if you think baboons are creepy, this will reinforce the perception.
UPDATE: Ask and you shall receive — some analysis of the video and where it was filmed.
NB: I have been corrected to the effect that baboons are "monkeys," not "apes," but I am leaving the headline as it was.

It's from a National Geographic show called "Animals Like Us."
Where do the baboons buy the collars for their dogs?
Beats me. ;)
I wasn't sure about the transition after the puppy-dragging, and I could not even say if it was the same band of baboons.
