A mysterious single hiking boot jammed into a trailhead sign on the San Isabel National Forest, spotted while M. and I were skiing one of our favorite trails today.How do you lose one boot?
Sadly, it put me in mind of this bit of news about there being fewer hardcore backpackers and hikers out there.
